VELORA is building focused AI assistants that businesses can configure and embed on their websites. From answering FAQs to collecting inquiries, our specialists are designed to make customer conversations easier to manage.

Current service status: VELORA offers public AI demos and invite-only business pilots. The live-payment infrastructure is staged, but real-money checkout remains disabled pending merchant and website verification.

What we offer

VELORA provides specialized AI website agents for customer support, common questions, business information, product guidance, leads, and booking inquiries. A business can provide verified knowledge, customize an assistant, and install a chat widget on an approved website.

Agents use configured business information and may escalate requests to a human. They do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information, payment results, reservations, or actions that require external integrations.

How it works

  1. Explore agents, prices, terms, and a public demonstration.
  2. Businesses accepted into early access receive a private workspace and an approved website installation.
  3. Configure verified business knowledge, customize the agent and integrate the provided widget.
  4. Monitor AI usage and customer conversations. When paid subscriptions are introduced, terms and billing dates will be shown before authorization.

Merchant and business identity

VELORA is the product brand. The legal merchant operating payment collection must be the same entity verified in the payment provider's records.
