What is included?
- One specialist designed for its advertised use case, subject to the verified knowledge a business provides.
- Website widget installation for an approved domain and limited usage, with a human handoff option.
- Specific response allowances, support levels, seats and service guarantees for paid plans are not final.
Early-access pilots
Operators can issue time-limited pilots with response caps. The current pilot allowance is configured by the operator, and the trial does not silently become a paid plan. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Renewal terms (planned)
The proposed paid model is recurring monthly billing per active specialist. Before checkout launches, the final price, applicable taxes, first payment, next renewal date, cancellation effective date and refund policy must be visible and affirmatively authorized by the customer. A successful test checkout is not a live membership.
