1. Service and early-access status

VELORA provides configurable AI website assistants and limited operator-approved pilots. The public agent prices are proposals only. Public registration, recurring charges and self-service membership features are not available yet. Pilot availability does not guarantee future access.

2. Appropriate use

Use VELORA lawfully and with permission. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another business, abuse agents, attempt to bypass usage limits or security protections, or deploy an agent on a website you do not control or have permission to manage.

3. Accuracy and AI limitations

AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses must provide and maintain verified knowledge, publish their own required notices and have a suitable human escalation process. AI does not automatically confirm orders, bookings, availability, refunds or payments unless a separate, validated integration explicitly supports it.

4. Trial installations

Operator-issued website pilots can have an expiry date, a maximum number of AI replies and a limited set of permitted domains. Trials may be paused or end when their allowance expires. They do not convert into a paid subscription automatically in the current product.

5. Future paid subscriptions

Before any commercial launch, VELORA will present the applicable agent, price in INR, renewal interval, usage allowance, applicable taxes or fees, consent to recurring billing, cancellation steps, and refund policy during checkout. Terms and pricing may change before launch. No one will be enrolled in a paid subscription merely by using a trial or the public demo.

6. Intellectual property

VELORA's branding and platform implementation remain its own materials. Businesses retain responsibility for information and content they provide, and they must have permission to use that content. An installation permits limited use of the hosted service, not ownership of the source code or AI model.

7. Service availability

We aim to offer a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Hosting, AI model usage, maintenance, network errors and provider outages may affect responses. A human review option should remain available for consequential conversations.

8. Responsibility and applicable rules

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any limits on liability, merchant identity, governing-law and dispute arrangements for paid business subscriptions must be finalized and presented before taking live payments.

9. Contact

Use Contact Support for an account, installation or terms question.
