Today: no automatic paid renewal

VELORA's publicly displayed agent prices are not active subscriptions. Operator-issued pilots do not automatically charge or renew. The Razorpay Billing Lab is for sandbox testing only.

Ending a free pilot

  1. Open Contact Support.
  2. Select Website AI installation and include the agent name, business name and approved website domain.
  3. Ask the VELORA team to pause or end the installation. Remove the VELORA widget script from your website if you no longer want it displayed.

Future monthly subscriptions

At commercial launch, subscriptions are intended to renew every month only after clear customer authorization. The exact price, taxes, first charge date, renewal date and access terms will be displayed before confirming payment. Paid billing will not be enabled until cancellation access and payment-status reconciliation are tested.

Future cancellation instructions

We plan to provide an authenticated subscription management area that shows the next renewal and lets customers request cancellation of future automatic charges. We will publish the exact effective date of cancellation and any paid-period access rights before checkout becomes available. Until then, a contact form request is not a substitute for an automated cancellation feature because there are no public live VELORA subscriptions to cancel.

Test subscriptions

Test-mode subscriptions can be managed by an authorized operator in Razorpay's Test Dashboard. Simulated checkout does not take real money. Test records do not become live subscriptions automatically.
