Last updated: 27 October 2026 · VELORA early-access platform
1. Who this applies to
VELORA provides an early-access platform for specialized website AI assistants. This notice covers visitors to the VELORA website, people who contact VELORA support, business pilot operators, and visitors chatting with AI assistants hosted by VELORA. A business using a branded assistant may also have its own privacy policy.
2. Information we process
- AI conversations: messages, conversation IDs, timestamps and related agent settings, to provide AI replies and human follow-up.
- Business and lead details: business name, approved website domain, optional visitor name or contact email, and knowledge/FAQ material provided for an installation.
- Support tickets: name, contact email, topic and message supplied through our support form, and the status of the ticket.
- Operational data: service logs, usage counts, short-lived rate-limit records and technical data needed to prevent abuse and keep the service running.
- Payments: Razorpay test subscription identifiers and statuses when sandbox billing is used. VELORA does not currently collect live customer subscription payments or card numbers on the Marketplace.
3. Why the information is used
We use this information to deliver replies, run website integrations, store verified business knowledge, respond to support requests, measure usage, maintain security and prevent abuse. If a verified billing flow becomes available, applicable payment processing and membership management purposes will be explained before checkout.
4. AI and service providers
Cloudflare hosts VELORA's application, database and AI infrastructure. AI prompts and conversation context may be processed to produce an answer. Razorpay is used for subscription test-mode integration; WhatsApp/Instagram integrations require separate official authorization. Do not submit passwords, bank information, government IDs, or sensitive health details in a chatbot or support ticket.
5. Cookies, session tokens and logs
VELORA uses an HTTP-only administrator session cookie for its private Studio, browser-based session tokens for continuing chats, and technical rate-limit records to prevent misuse. Your browser or hosting provider may also process connection data when delivering pages.
6. Retention and access
Conversations, tickets and related service records are stored to support the service and troubleshooting. We review deletion requests and remove data when appropriate and technically feasible, subject to security, legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods have not yet been finalized for commercial launch. Access to the operator ticket inbox is restricted to authenticated VELORA administrators.
7. Your choices and requests
For questions, corrections, copies of information or deletion requests, use the VELORA support form and choose Privacy or data request. We may ask for reasonable verification before making changes involving another person's data.
8. Updates
We may revise this policy as new agents and payment features launch. We will show a current effective date and publish material changes here. This notice describes the early-access platform and is not a claim of compliance certification.
